Gaza, April 28 (QNA) - A 9-year-old child was martyred on Tuesday morning in an Israeli airstrike east of Khan Younis, in the southern Gaza Strip.
Medical sources reported the martyrdom of a 9-year-old child after being wounded in shelling by Israeli forces east of Khan Younis in the southern Gaza Strip.
Local sources reported hearing several explosions east of Khan Younis.
With the martyrdom of the Palestinian child, the number of Palestinians martyred since the ceasefire on Oct. 11, 2025, has risen to 818, while total injuries exceeded to 2,278. Meanwhile, 761 bodies have been recovered from under the rubble. (QNA)
