Brussels, April 28 (QNA) - The European Union commissioner for equality, preparedness, and crisis management, Hadja Lahbib, has condemned the demolition of an EU-funded school by Israeli settlers in the West Bank.
"Amid continued vandalism, thefts and arson, Israeli settlers demolished an EU-funded school in the West Bank," Lahbib wrote in a post on X.
She added, "Over 40 children lost their right to education. Their community was forced to flee, fearing for their lives."
"The EU demands accountability and respect for international humanitarian law," Lahbib said. (QNA)
