Kyiv, April 24 (QNA) - Two people were killed and 14 others injured on Friday in Russian strikes targeting southern Ukraine, according to Ukrainian authorities.
Ukraine's State Emergency Service said on Telegram that the attacks hit four buildings in the city of Odesa, causing casualties and damage.
Similar Russian strikes on Thursday killed four people in the cities of Dnipro in central Ukraine and Zhytomyr in the northwest.
Earlier this month, on April 16, nine people were killed in Odesa, a city that has been repeatedly targeted by Russian strikes.
According to a report by the United Nations Human Rights Monitoring Mission in Ukraine published in early January, nearly 15,000 civilians have been killed and about 40,600 injured since the war began in February 2022. (QNA)
