Riyadh, April 23 (QNA) - Saudi Arabia's non-oil exports, including re-exports, rose 15.1 percent in February 2026 compared to the same month a year earlier, according to data released by the General Authority for Statistics.

Non-oil national exports, excluding re-exports, increased 6.3 percent, while re-exported goods surged 28.5 percent, driven by a 59.9 percent jump in machinery, electrical equipment, and parts, which accounted for 53.9 percent of total re-exports.

Overall merchandise exports grew 4.7 percent, with oil exports edging up 0.6 percent, though their share of total exports declined from 71.5 percent to 68.7 percent.

Imports rose 6.6 percent, contributing to a 1.0 percent decline in the trade surplus year-on-year.

China remained Saudi Arabia's top trading partner in February, accounting for 13.7 percent of exports and 29.8 percent of imports, followed by the United Arab Emirates and Japan. (QNA)
