Saudi Foreign Minister, Lebanese Parliament Speaker Discuss Developments in Lebanon

Riyadh, April 23 (QNA) - Saudi Foreign Minister Prince Faisal bin Farhan bin Abdullah discussed developments in Lebanon and efforts to achieve a complete cessation of Israeli attacks in a phone call today with Lebanese Parliament Speaker Nabih Berri.

The Saudi Foreign Minister reiterated his country's support for Lebanon's stability and the strengthening of its state institutions.

For his part, Berri praised Saudi Arabia's role and its ongoing efforts to support his country and maintain its security and the security of the region. He reaffirmed his country's commitment to the Taif Agreement and its rejection of anything that threatens Saudi Arabia. (QNA)
