The only goal of the match was scored by Lamine Yamal in the 40th minute from a penalty kick. The game was halted for 18 minutes after a spectator suffered a medical emergency, prompting the referee to stop play until the fan received treatment and was transported to the hospital.

With this victory, Barcelona increased its tally to 82 points at the top of the table, nine points ahead of second-placed Real Madrid. Meanwhile, Celta Vigo dropped to seventh place with 44 points, behind sixth-placed Getafe on goal difference. (QNA)
