Beirut, April 10 (QNA) - Thirteen members of the Lebanese State Security were killed in an Israeli attack on southern Lebanon.
The Lebanese National News Agency reported Friday that the southern Lebanese city of Nabatieh was subjected to the most intense aggression since the beginning of the war, with Israeli warplanes launching a series of violent raids targeting most of its neighborhoods and streets, causing widespread destruction.
For his part, Lebanese President General Joseph Aoun condemned the continued Israeli attacks on Lebanon, stressing that targeting state institutions and security agencies will not deter Lebanon from upholding its right to protect its land and preserve its sovereignty.
He reiterated his call for the international community to assume its responsibilities to stop the repeated Israeli attacks. (QNA)
