Beirut, April 10 (QNA) - The Lebanese Ministry of Health's Emergency Operations Center announced today that the death toll from the ongoing Israeli aggression against the country, which began on March 2, has risen to 1,953, with 6,303 wounded.

In a statement, the center confirmed that the death toll from the series of simultaneous Israeli attacks on Wednesday had reached 357, with 1,223 wounded. It noted that this remains a preliminary count due to the ongoing work to remove rubble and the large number of unidentified bodies requiring further verification before being released to their families.

The Israeli occupation launched 130 raids in ten minutes on several Lebanese areas, including the capital Beirut, on Wednesday evening, killing 182 people and injuring 890 others immediately. Relief and rescue operations continued until today. (QNA)
