Doha, March 08 (QNA) - The General Secretariat of the Cabinet announced on Sunday - in reference to its statement issued on Saturday, March 2, 2026, regarding working remotely, that it was decided to continue implementing the remote work system with no more than 70 percent of the total number of employees in each entity, giving priority to mothers and persons with disabilities, and in a manner that does not affect the requirements of work, provided that 30 percent of the employees will commence their work from their workplaces, starting from Monday, March 9, 2026, until further notice. This decision is applied to all ministries, other government entities, bodies and public institutions.
Employees in the military, security and health sectors, as well as employees in administrative bodies and units whose work requires presence at the workplace, are excluded from this decision. (QNA)
