Beirut, March 07 (QNA) - Three people were injured after Israeli warplanes carried out a series of airstrikes on southern and eastern Lebanon on Saturday.
According to Lebanon's National News Agency, Israeli aircraft struck the outskirts of Zibqin, Dhayra and Yarine in southern Lebanon.
A separate strike targeting a building in Burj Rahal left three people with moderate injuries, who were transferred to hospitals in Tyre.
Israeli jets also launched raids on the towns of Shhour and Tayr Debba in the south.
Earlier at dawn, at least 26 people, including three Lebanese army soldiers, were killed in a wave of Israeli strikes on eastern Lebanon.
Emergency and civil defense teams continue search and rescue operations amid fears the death toll may rise. (QNA)
