Beirut, March 30 (QNA) - Five people were killed and two others were injured in an Israeli airstrike on southern Lebanon.

The Lebanese Ministry of Health said that an Israeli airstrike targeted the town of Shaqra in the Bint Jbeil district of southern Lebanon, leading to the death of five people and injuries to two others.

Earlier today, the Lebanese Ministry of Health announced that the death toll from the Israeli aggression on Lebanon since March 2 has risen to 1,238, in addition to 3,543 injured. (QNA)
