Baghdad, March 26 (QNA) - Iraqi Prime Minister Mohammed Shia Al Sudani discussed today in a telephone call with French President Emmanuel Macron the latest developments in the region in light of the ongoing war and its serious repercussions, especially on energy markets and the economy at the regional and international levels.

During the call, Al Sudani emphasized his country's keenness and support for initiatives to end the war in the region and restore maritime and air navigation.

For his part, the French President stressed that his country continues its efforts in coordination with all countries to stop the war and contribute to supporting regional and international security and stability. (QNA)
