Al Arabi Beat Al Ahli, Strengthen Lead in Qatari Handball League

Doha, March 22 (QNA) - Al Arabi secured a 30-26 victory over Al Ahli in their match today within the 16th round of the Qatar Handball League to increase their points tally to 48, maintain their top spot in the league, and achieve a perfect record without a single loss, while Al Ahli remained in sixth place with 29 points.

Al Duhail also defeated Al Gharafa 31-24, bringing their total to 44 points and securing second place, whereas Al Gharafa sit in eighth place with 25 points.

Al Sadd secured 36-34 win over Al Rayyan to raise their points to 32 in fourth place behind Al Rayyan, who remain in third place with 38 points.

Qatar Club also defeated Al Khor 26-24 to move up to ninth place with 24 points, while Al Khor has dropped to seventh place with 28 points.

Al Wakrah also beat Al Shamal 33-28, raising Al Wakrah's score to 29 points and advancing to fifth place, while Al Shamal dropped to tenth place with 23 points. (QNA)
