Cairo, March 18 (QNA) - Egypt has condemned, in the strongest possible terms, the heinous attacks on the State of Qatar, the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, the United Arab Emirates, and the other sisterly Gulf nations, whose civil infrastructure facilities had been targeted.

A statement by the Egyptian Foreign Ministry expressed its flat-out condemnation of any threats or attempts to target oil and gas enterprises in the Arab Gulf nations, including Ras Laffan Industrial City, stressing that it fully stands with the State of Qatar in confronting any savage attacks.

The Ministry also stressed that it fully condemns, in the strongest possible terms, the attack on Riyadh with ballistic missiles, reaffirming that it fully stands with the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, as well as its government and people, in confronting these reprehensible and unprovoked attacks on the security and stability of the Kingdom- acts of aggression that are directly linked with the security and stability of Egypt and the Arab world.

In addition, the Ministry condemned, in the strongest terms, the continued attacks from Iran on the United Arab Emirates, reiterating its full solidarity with the UAE.

The statement reiterated Egypt's call for the criticality of pursuing rationality, dialogue, and ramping up efforts to contain the current perilous military escalation and end the war, in pursuit of supporting the pillars of security and stability both on the regional and global stages. (QNA)
