Doha, March 18 (QNA) - HE Minister of State for Energy Affairs Eng. Saad bin Sherida Al Kaabi met separately on Wednesday with HE Minister of Economy, Trade, and Industry of Japan Ryosei Akazawa, and HE Secretary of State for Energy Security and Net Zero of the United Kingdom Ed Miliband.

Held virtually, both meetings dealt with the impact of the ongoing regional conflict on the global energy industry and ways to ensure the security of energy supplies.

HE Eng. Saad bin Sherida Al Kaabi reaffirmed the State of Qatar's commitment to remain a reliable energy supplier and looked forward to continuing and strengthening energy relations and cooperation with Japan and the UK. (QNA)
