Five Lebanese Soldiers Injured in Israeli Airstrike in Southern Lebanon
Beirut, March 17 (QNA) - Five Lebanese soldiers were injured on Tuesday in an Israeli airstrike in southern Lebanon, the Lebanese Army said.
In a statement posted on its X platform, the army said the strike targeted the soldiers in Nabatieh while they were traveling by car and motorcycle, adding that two of the injured are in critical condition.
Israeli warplanes carried out a series of airstrikes across southern Lebanon, targeting multiple towns and areas.
Lebanese authorities said on Monday that the death toll from the Israeli aggression against Lebanon since March 2 has risen to 886, with 2,141 others injured. (QNA)
