UAE Air Defenses Engage Four Ballistic Missiles, Six Drones
Abu Dhabi, March 15 (QNA) - The UAE air defenses on Sunday intercepted four ballistic missiles and six drones originating from Iran.
A statement by the UAE Defense Ministry highlighted that since the start of the Iranian offensives, the air defenses have engaged 298 ballistic missiles, 15 loitering projectiles, and 1,606 drones.
These assaults have resulted in six fatalities involving nationals from the UAE, Pakistan, Nepal, and Bangladesh, along with minor and moderate injuries to 142 individuals of various nationalities, the statement read.
The ministry confirmed that it is on swivel to deal with any potential threats and resolutely deter anything that would destabilize the state security, ensuring the protection of the nation’s sovereignty, security, stability, and national interests. (QNA)
