Riyadh, March 13 (QNA) - The Saudi Ministry of Defense announced Friday the interception and destruction of a ballistic missile and a drone.

Brig. Gen. Turki Al Malki, spokesperson for the Ministry of Defense, stated that a ballistic missile launched toward Al Kharj governorate was intercepted and destroyed, and a drone was also intercepted and destroyed in the Eastern Province.

Saudi authorities had revealed earlier today that air defenses intercepted and destroyed seven drones in the same region. (QNA)
