Kuwaiti Defense Ministry: Hostile Ballistic Missile Detected Outside Threat Zone in the Past 24 Hours
Kuwait, March 13 (QNA) - The Kuwaiti Ministry of Defense announced that its air defense systems detected one hostile ballistic missile in the past 24 hours. The missile was outside the threat zone and posed no danger, causing no damage.
Spokesperson for the Kuwaiti Ministry of Defense, Colonel Saud Al-Atwan stated during a media briefing on current events and field developments in light of the Iranian aggression against the State of Kuwait, that the armed forces continued their missions in recent hours to monitor and track any potential aerial threats. This is part of the ongoing monitoring of security developments and the defensive measures taken to protect the country's airspace.
He affirmed that members of the armed forces continue to perform their duty in protecting the country's security, stability, and territorial and air safety, while maintaining the highest levels of readiness and vigilance, in cooperation and coordination with the various military sectors. (QNA)
