Abu Dhabi, March 9 (QNA) - HH President of the United Arab Emirates (UAE) Sheikh Mohamed bin Zayed Al Nahyan discussed with German Chancellor Friedrich Merz the latest developments in the region during a phone call Monday.

The discussion focused on the escalating military operations and their serious repercussions for regional and international security and stability.

Both sides emphasized the need for an immediate cessation of hostilities and a return to dialogue and diplomatic means to resolve the various outstanding issues in the Middle East, thereby preserving its security and stability and preventing further crises. (QNA)
