Kyiv, February 03 (QNA) – A woman was killed and another injured Tuesday in a Russian airstrike targeting Ukraine's Zaporizhzhia.

Ukrainian news agency (Ukrinform) reported that Russian forces targeted Zaporizhzhia with a drone, resulting in the death of one woman and injuries to another.

Russian forces carried out 844 airstrikes on 35 locations in Zaporizhzhia in the past 24 hours, injuring ten people, Ukrinform added.

Meanwhile, Governor of Kharkiv Oblast, Oleh Syniehubov, said that Russian attacks targeted Kharkiv and its suburbs in the past few hours, injuring two people and damaging an educational facility, homes, and infrastructure.

Since the beginning of the war, which has now entered its fourth year, Russia and Ukraine have been exchanging almost daily reports claiming to have repelled attacks from the other side, without any independent verification of these claims due to the ongoing war. (QNA)
