Pakistani Army Kills 10 Militants in Security Operation
Islamabad, February 26 (QNA) - The Pakistani army announced Thursday that it had killed 10 militants during a security operation in southwestern Pakistan.
In a statement, the army explained that security forces carried out the operation based on intelligence information regarding militant movements in the Zob district of Balochistan province in the southwest of the country, and were able to kill 10 militants.
The Pakistani police on Wednesday announced the killing of five security personnel and two civilians in an armed ambush targeting a police patrol in Khyber Pakhtunkhwa province in the northwest of the country. (QNA)
