Kyiv, February 21 (QNA) - Ukraine announced Saturday that its military forces knocked out a ballistic missile manufacturing plant with locally manufactured Flamingo rockets in the Udmurt Republic in Russia.

The plant is located in Votkinsk, approximately 1,400 km from Ukraine, and produces intercontinental ballistic missiles as well as short-range ballistic missiles, the General Staff of the Armed Forces of Ukraine said in a statement. (QNA)
