Oil Prices Fall More Than 2% at Settlement
New York, February 13 (QNA) - Oil prices fell by more than 2% at settlement on Thursday, amid continued volatility in global energy markets.
Brent crude futures dropped $1.88, or 2.71%, to settle at $67.52 a barrel. US West Texas Intermediate (WTI) crude futures also declined, falling $1.79, or 2.77%, to close at $62.84 a barrel.
The declines mark a sharp daily loss for both benchmarks, reflecting ongoing pressure on the market. (QNA)
