Gaza, November 03 (QNA) - The number of casualties from the Israeli armed campaign that has been dragging on since Oct. 7, 2023, has thus far risen to 74,615 deaths and 175,899 injuries.
Medical sources in Gaza said six people killed and 27 wounded were rushed to hospitals across the Gaza Strip over the past 24 hours, bringing the death toll since the October 2025 ceasefire to 1,599 and the number of injured to 5,774.
The sources also put the number of bodies recovered from beneath the rubble of buildings razed by Israel's war machine at 847, as efforts continue to recover the remains of thousands more people killed, whom paramedics have been unable to reach due to their woefully inadequate logistical capabilities.
Meanwhile, international initiatives that had been declared by the end of 2025 didn't pull off success in ending Israel's relentless war on Gaza and its people, which has shown no letup; rather, attacks on the embattled enclave have intensified over recent months.
This armed aggression drove up the number of casualties and displacement figures, morphing Gazans' lives into an all-encompassing humanitarian catastrophe unprecedented in the region. (QNA)
