Muscat, October 07 (QNA) - Sultan Haitham bin Tarik of Oman spoke Wednesday with King Willem-Alexander of the Netherlands to discuss regional and international developments.

The phone conversation also tackled efforts aimed at de-escalation and containing crises through dialogue, as well as diplomatic and political means.
