Riyadh, October 22 (QNA) - Saudi Arabia's main stock market index closed lower on Thursday, falling by 230.76 points to reach 9,695.86 points, with trading valued at SAR 4.9 billion.

A total of 329 million shares were traded, with shares of 13 companies rising and those of 255 companies falling.

Meanwhile, Saudi Parallel Market Index (Nomu) lost 168.89 points to close at 21,427.16 points. Trading value reached SAR 32 million, with more than 5.6 million shares traded. (QNA)
