Gaza, October 22 (QNA) - The death toll from the Israeli aggression against the Gaza Strip since October 7, 2023, has risen to 74,498 martyrs, with 175,616 people wounded.

In a statement issued today, health authorities in the Gaza Strip reported that hospitals across the Strip had received four martyrs and 12 wounded individuals over the previous 24 hours.

The statement added that, since the ceasefire was announced in October 2025, the number of casualties has reached 1,538 martyrs and 5,498 wounded. It also said that the bodies of 841 martyrs had been recovered, while many others remained trapped beneath the rubble or lying on roads because ambulance and rescue crews were unable to reach them.
