New Delhi, January 31 (QNA) - The State of Qatar participated on Saturday in the ministerial meeting of the second session of the Arab-India Cooperation Forum, held in New Delhi.

HE Minister of State for Foreign Affairs Sultan bin Saad Al Muraikhi, headed the Qatari delegation to the meeting. (QNA)
