Israel Conducts Fresh Incursions into Rural Quneitra, Daraa in Southern Syria
Damascus, January 31 (QNA) - An Israeli force, consisting of two armored vehicles, on Saturday advanced toward the west of the village of Sayda Al-Hanut in southern rural Quneitra and fired indiscriminately toward vacant agricultural lands in an attempt to intimidate residents and shepherds, without causing any casualties, local Syrian sources reported.
Additionally, five armored vehicles penetrated the Sariyah Jumla area in the Yarmouk Basin of western rural Daraa, where they established a temporary checkpoint and conducted limited searches before withdrawing.
Syria constantly calls for the pullout of Israeli occupation forces from its territories, confirming that all Israeli measures being taken in southern Syria are null and void and do not produce any lawful impact under international law.
It calls on the international community to assume its responsibility, deter the occupation's practices, and compel it to fully withdraw from southern Syria. (QNA)
