Doha, January 30 (QNA) - Al Ahli coach Younes Ali and Qatar SC coach Marquez Lopez spoke to the media ahead of their 2025-2026 Doha Bank Stars League Week 14 match, Slated for Saturday.

Younes Ali said: "Qatar SC have excellent players and a highly experienced coach. Despite their recent poor results, I believe they will play with full force to bounce back, making the match even more challenging."

"The next stage of league will be tough, with all teams aiming for victory, whether to secure a top-four finish, compete for the title or escape from the bottom of standings. It is important for us to put up a strong performance, approaching every match as if it is a final," said Younes.

For his part, Marquez Lopez said: "We anticipate a tough match against Al Ahli as is the case in all our league matches this season. We are competing in a very strong and competitive league, and we hope to achieve victory."

"We were unlucky in our last match, but that is football; sometimes we win, sometimes we do not. However, we will give our all and we hope to succeed in the next match and achieve a positive result," said Lopez. (QNA)
