Military Sports Association Wraps Up Armed Forces Cross‑Country Championship

Doha, January 18 (QNA) - The 2025‑2026 Armed Forces Cross‑Country Championship (5 km), organized by the Military Sports Association, wrapped up in Doha.

The event showcased 15 teams representing various units of the Qatar Armed Forces, alongside the Internal Security Force (Lekhwiya).

At the individual officers level, Capt. Faisal Hassan Al Qahtani of Lekhwiya secured first place, while Saeed Farhan of the Qatar Amiri Air Force claimed first place among individual participants.

In the team officers ranking, Lekhwiya achieved first place, while the Qatar Amiri Air Force took first place in the team (individuals) category.

As the tournament concluded, Acting President of the Military Sports Association, Maj. Gen. Rashid Mahboob Al Dosari, crowned the winners. (QNA)
