Berlin, January 12 (QNA) - Bayern Munich announced Monday that defender Josip Stanisic will be sidelined indefinitely after suffering a ligament injury to his right ankle during the team's match against Wolfsburg in the Bundesliga.

The club explained in a statement on its official website that medical examinations confirmed Stanisic's injury and that he will undergo a treatment and rehabilitation program in the coming period.
