Amman, September 16 (QNA) - Jordan’s tourism revenue rose by 2.6% in August, reaching US$ 932.2 million, compared to a 0.3% decline during the same month in 2024.

Preliminary data released Tuesday by the Central Bank of Jordan showed that the country's tourism income increased by 7.5% during the first eight months of 2025, totaling US$ 5.33 billion.

This growth follows a 3.7% decline during the same period last year and is attributed to a 14.9% rise in the number of tourists. (QNA)
