Palestinian Red Crescent Employee Martyred in Israeli Attack on Headquarters in Khan Yunis
Gaza, August 03 (QNA) - The Palestinian Red Crescent announced Sunday morning that one of its employees was killed and three others were wounded as a result of an Israeli bombardment targeting the organization's headquarters in Khan Yunis, south of the Gaza Strip.
The Red Crescent reported in a statement via X that the bombing sparked a fire on the first floor of the building and caused significant material damage to the headquarters.
"One Palestine Red Crescent Society (PRCS) staff member was killed and three others injured after Israeli forces targeted the Society's headquarters in Khan Younis, igniting a fire on the building's first floor," the statement said.
A video clip circulated on social media, which the Palestinian Red Crescent said documented the first moments after the bombing. The video shows the building engulfed in flames amid scattered rubble. (QNA)
