Doha, August 17 (QNA) - Qatar Football Association's (QFA) Referees Committee convened its eighth regular meeting on Sunday, chaired by Committee Chairman Hani Taleb Ballan, with Vice Chairman Jassim Mohammed Al Hail and members Abdulrahman Abdo, Banjar Al Dosari, Khamis Al Kuwari, alongside Committee Secretary Ahmed Mustafa Al Attar in attendance.

They endorsed the minutes of the previous meeting and deliberated on the topics on the agenda, chief amongst which were the preparations for the football season 2025-2026.

They further addressed a raft of topics related to the operation of the committee and refereeing department, along with numerous matters that are set to be implemented during the upcoming period, which would promote both the referees and refereeing performances as a whole, in addition to taking the decisions and recommendations accordingly.
