Doha Bank Stars League/ Al Arabi, Al Wakrah Coaches Hopeful of Successful Start to New Season

Doha, August 14 (QNA) - Al Arabi coach Pablo Amo and Al Wakrah coach Vicente Moreno spoke to the media ahead of their 2025-2026 season Doha Bank Stars League Week 1.

Al Arabi coach Pablo Amo said: "I have complete satisfaction with the team’s excellent preparation period, and I praise the great support provided by the club management during this phase, which had a direct impact on preparing the team in the best possible way."

"The team prepared with great focus during the overseas training camp and the friendly matches we played in preparation for the start of Doha Bank Stars League," he added.

"Our first match against Al Wakrah will be a true test of endurance and focus from the first moment. We will enter the match with great determination, aiming to achieve a positive result that will contribute to raising the morale of the team and fans," said Pablo Amo.

For his part, Al Wakrah coach Vicente Moreno said: "All players are ready for the start of the competition, especially since we have worked well throughout the past period."

He went on saying: "I am very excited about the start of season, and I have many hopes and ambitions that I strive to achieve. We will face a strong competitor in the first match, Al Arabi, who have signed good players in all positions." (QNA)
