Doha, July 28 (QNA) - Ooredoo Qatar won a Bronze Stevie Award for Best Employer in the Telecommunications sector at the 2025 International Business Stevie Awards.

The company explained that winning the award, which honors excellence in workplaces worldwide, is in recognition of Ooredoo's commitment to establishing a corporate culture based on empowerment, inclusiveness, and continuous employee support.

The award honors the company's strategic initiatives that prioritize employee satisfaction and professional development, noting that this achievement demonstrates Ooredoo's success in building a work environment that fosters innovation and supports excellence.

Ooredoo has launched several strategic programs aimed at improving the quality of the workplace and developing employee capabilities, including skills development initiatives and leadership development programs, along with an integrated system of company-wide support services.
