6.3-Magnitude Earthquake Strikes off the Coast of Indonesia
Jakarta, July 24 (QNA) - An earthquake measuring 6.3 on the Richter scale struck off the coast of Indonesia.
The European-Mediterranean Seismological Centre (EMSC) reported that the earthquake occurred at 20:50 UTC, about 113 km southwest of the city of Gorontalo, at a depth of 140 km below the Earth's surface.
There have been no reports of casualties or material damage so far, and no tsunami warning has been issued as a result of the earthquake. (QNA)
