Doha, June 20 (QNA) - Al Ahli SC announced Friday the signing of Khaled Radwan for one season from Al Khor SC.

The deal aims to strengthen the team's ranks in preparation for the new 2025-2026 sports season.

The club said, in a statement published on its official website, that Khaled Radwan officially signed his contract to join the first football team during the current summer transfer period, as part of the management's efforts to strengthen the squad with players capable of supporting the team technically in upcoming events.

The statement noted that the signing of Radwan, who plays as a defender, comes within the framework of Al Ahli's plan to strengthen their ranks with distinguished local players in preparation for next season's competitions at the local and continental levels. (QNA)

Al-Ahly has continued its active transfer activity over the past few days, announcing two days ago the signing of French player Ibrahim Diallo, who has previous experience in the Ooredoo Qatar Stars League with Al-Duhail and Al-Khor. The club also signed young player Suhaib Janan from Al-Duhail and Othman Al-Yahri from Umm Salal.

It's worth noting that Al-Ahly finished the last season in fourth place in the Ooredoo Qatar Stars League, a position that qualifies it to participate in the AFC Champions League 2. The team is striving to deliver a strong season that meets the aspirations of its fans, both locally and continentally. (QNA)
