Doha, May 19 (QNA) - Al Gharafa advanced to the final of the 53rd edition of HH the Amir Cup after defeating Umm Salal 4-2 on Monday in the semifinal match at Abdullah bin Khalifa Stadium.

Mohamed Montari scored twice for Al Gharafa, with goals in the 45+1' and 52nd minutes. Spanish forward Joselu added another in the 40th minute, while Algerian Yacine Brahimi converted a penalty in the 45+1' minute.

Umm Salal's goals came from Osman Al Yehiari in the 12th minute and an own goal by Icelandic Aron Gunnarsson in the 23rd minute.

With this victory, Al Gharafa reached the final for the 13th time in its history and will face Al Rayyan, who secured their place in the final with a 3-0 win over Al-Ahli on Sunday. (QNA)
