Police Academy Opens Registration for 6th Police Officers of Tomorrow Program

Doha, May 18 (QNA) - The registration window for the sixth - Summer 2025 will open Thursday (May 22) on Metrash app, the Police Academy has announced.

Captain Hamad Khalid Al Mannai, the chair of the committee overseeing the program, said during a press conference that the program aims to deepen national identity and the spirit of loyalty and belonging among young people. It also aims to promote noble values, foster responsibility, and contribute to community service. It also aims to instill authentic Islamic and Arab principles through various activities that develop leadership skills and enhance confidence among participating students.

The program targets Qatari students born from 2013 to 2016. The participants will be divided into six groups: three groups in the morning from Sunday to Thursday (9:00 am to 1:00 pm) and three in the evening from Saturday to Wednesday (4:00 pm to 8:00 pm).

The first and second groups will begin from June 28 to July 10, while the third and fourth groups will begin from July 12 to 24.

The fifth and sixth groups will begin from July 26 to August 7, with each student participating for two weeks.

The program features military activities and sports activities and includes awareness and guidance lectures presented by the Ministry of Endowments and Islamic Affairs, the National Cyber Security Agency, and the National Human Rights Committee, in addition to field visits to departments within the Ministry of Interior and the Internal Security Force (Lekhwiya).
