At Least 120 Al Shabaab Militants Killed in Military Airstrikes Southern Somalia
Mogadishu, March 17 (QNA) - At least 120 Al Shabaab militants have been killed in Somali army airstrikes, southern the country.
The Somali News Agency (SONNA) reported that the strikes in Jilib, the Middle Juba region destroyed the Al Qaeda-linked group's main administrative headquarters, training camps and weapon depot.
Somali forces have now regained control of several areas in the center and south of the country within operations that have been lasting for more than a decade. (QNA)
