Cairo, December 07 (QNA) - The 114th session of the Conference of Supervisors of Palestinian Affairs in Arab Host Countries commenced, organized by the Palestine and Occupied Arab Territories Sector of the Arab League's General Secretariat.

In a statement, the Arab League said that the conference, running for five days, is discussing the grave developments facing the Palestinian cause, particularly the conditions of Palestinian refugees and the major challenges facing the United Nations Relief and Works Agency for Palestine Refugees in the Near East (UNRWA) in light of the continued Israeli targeting of the agency.

It is also addressing the severe financial crisis facing UNRWA in its USD 200 million financial deficit, as well as issues relating to Jerusalem, settlements, and the apartheid wall. (QNA)
