FIFA Arab Cup Qatar 2025: Tunisia, Palestine Draw 2-2

Doha, December 4 (QNA) - The Tunisian and Palestinian national teams drew 2-2 in their match on Thursday at Lusail Stadium, as part of the second round of Group A matches in the FIFA Arab Cup Qatar 2025.

Tunisia's goals were scored by Omar Ayouni in the 16th minute and Firas Chaouat in the 51st minute, while Palestine's goals were scored by Hamed Hamdan in the 61st minute and Zaid Qanbar in the 85th minute.

The second match in the same group will be played later today, between Qatar and Syria at Khalifa International Stadium.

In the first round, Tunisia lost to Syria 1-0, and Palestine defeated Qatar by the same score.

With this result, Palestine has earned 4 points from a win and a draw, while Tunisia has earned one point from a draw and a loss.

The third round of group matches will take place next Sunday, with Qatar facing Tunisia at Al Bayt Stadium and Syria taking on Palestine at Education City Stadium.

The top two teams from each of the four groups will qualify for the quarterfinals of the 2025 Arab Cup in Qatar. (QNA)
