Doha, October 29 (QNA) - Qatar Charity emphasized the importance of investing in national talent, which is a cornerstone for the success and sustainability of humanitarian work, as well as for institutional advancement and leadership excellence.
This came during a meeting held by the Qatar Charity Board of Directors, chaired by HE Chairman of Qatar Charity's Board of Directors Sheikh Hamad bin Nasser bin Jassim Al-Thani. The meeting highlighted Qatar Charity's continued commitment to empowering Qatari leadership across all its sectors. Discussions focused on the organization's efforts to nationalize leadership and administrative roles, enhance the participation of national talents, and attract distinguished Qatari professionals of both genders.
HE Sheikh Hamad bin Nasser bin Jassim Al-Thani emphasized the importance of enabling Qatari leaders and providing a supportive environment that enhances their professional growth. He noted that they serve as a driving force for excellence, innovation, and creativity, playing a key role in advancing Qatar Charity's humanitarian and development mission.
His Excellency also stressed the significance of investing in national capacities, describing them as a cornerstone for the success and sustainability of humanitarian work, as well as for institutional advancement and leadership excellence.
This meeting reflects Qatar Charity's clear strategic vision aimed at building a capable, efficient, and sustainable humanitarian organization, one that continues to strengthen its leadership in the humanitarian and development fields, empower national talent, and achieve measurable, positive impact at both local and global levels.
