One killed in Israeli Strike on Southern Lebanon
Beirut, October 11 (QNA) - One person was killed on Saturday in an Israeli airstrike on southern Lebanon.
The Lebanese Ministry of Health stated that a drone strike targeted a car in the town of Bourj Qalaouiyeh in Bint Jbeil district, resulting in one fatality.
Lebanon is calling on the international community to pressure Israel to halt its daily attacks, withdraw unconditionally from all occupied southern territories, and release prisoners.
A ceasefire agreement came into effect in Lebanon on November 27 last year, stipulating withdrawal of Israeli forces from border villages and towns in southern Lebanon within 60 days. Beirut later approved an extension until February 18, yet the Israeli occupation army remains in five locations and continues its violations. (QNA)
