As part of the Summit's activities, several agreements and memoranda of understanding were signed with leading global and local technology companies under the GovAI Program, aimed at developing innovative AI-powered solutions. The program is a national initiative led by MCIT to accelerate AI adoption across government entities and deliver a step-change in the quality and efficiency of public services in alignment with the Digital Agenda 2030.

The Summit features four major program tracks, including the Mainstage Core Themes exploring frontier AI, regulation, and next-generation infrastructure; the Accelerating AI Adoption track focused on enterprise use cases and the future of energy; the Deep Dive Tech Talks track led by researchers and technologists; and the Global AI Edge track, which covers generative and responsible AI and hosts a HealthTech AI Hackathon in partnership with Qatar University.
