Manama, March 08 (QNA) - The General Command of the Bahrain Defence Force announced that the air defense systems of the Bahrain Defence Force intercepted and destroyed 92 missiles and 151 drones that had targeted the Kingdom of Bahrain since the start of the Iranian attacks last Saturday.

The General Command called on everyone to remain in their homes and not go out except in cases of extreme necessity, while exercising the utmost caution to ensure their safety.

It also urged the public to stay completely away from damaged sites and any suspicious objects, refrain from photographing military operations or sites where debris has fallen, avoid spreading rumors, rely only on official sources for information, and follow official and government media outlets for updates, alerts, and warnings.

It further reiterated that the use of ballistic missiles and drones to target civilian facilities and private property constitutes a blatant violation of international humanitarian law and the United Nations Charter, stressing that these indiscriminate attacks represent a direct threat to regional peace and security.
