Kuwait: Air Defenses Intercept Missile, Drone Attacks
Kuwait, April 06 (QNA) - Kuwait's Ministry of Defense said its air defense systems are intercepting hostile missile and drone attacks.
In a statement, Brigadier General Saud Al Atwan, the ministry's official spokesperson, said that any explosion sounds heard are the result of air defense systems intercepting incoming threats, urging the public to follow safety instructions issued by the relevant authorities.
The Kuwait News Agency (KUNA) reported that sirens sounded again in several areas across the country.
The Ministry of Defense had earlier announced that its air defenses had intercepted hostile missile and drone attacks. (QNA)
